The Boathouse - Daleys Point - Central Coast

Please note, there are quite a few stairs to negotiate. Access to the property is via an inclinator and then a set of stairs (height equivalent to approximately two floors) that lead onto a paved footpath and another small number of stairs. I am over 50 and my husband is over 60 and neither of us have any difficulty using it, maybe just a little out of breath coming back up, although if you have mobility issues, this would be difficult to navigate.

There are 2 double bunk beds, so 2 children under 12 can also stay with their parents. * VISITORS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER CONSENT! If you allow unauthorised visitors, your booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. Guests are required to leave the property by 8pm. Please note, pets are strictly to be kept off the beds. We provide a pet cushion large enough for a medium sized dog to sleep on. To protect the leather from scratches, pets are only allowed on the couch as long as the provided throw is used. Towels for humans are provided, however please bring your own doggy towels to dry them off before allowing them inside. There is an outdoor shower you can rinse them off under if they happen to get muddy. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the boathouse. Please note: Extra cleaning fee due to excessive pet hair or any damages to the boathouse may be charged. * Security camera located at the garage/ driveway and bottom of the Inclinator. Please also clean up after them. Waste bags are available for your convenience. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10pm. We truly want you and others to enjoy the place so please treat the property with care and respect, as if it were your own.
